Qadra Studio is a premier digital marketing studio, providing web design, web development, graphic design, and branding agency. We offered our services and elevated the brands of our clients including Motortrade, LPU Laguna, Third Pillar, Engage Media, Contrast Security, Dusit Hospitality Management College, and other international organizations.

What You’ll Do

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be in charge of various administrative tasks in the company. These may include payroll, client management, writing and content, and additional tasks as needed. 

Job duties include:

  • Calculate and submit employee payroll every 15th and 30th day of the month to the management team.
  • Give out payslips once paid to the employee.
  • Send emails and proposals to new inquiries.
  • Create proposals based on the rate card and collaborate with management in drafting proposals and negotiating with clients.
  • Attend meetings with new client inquiries and follow them up after the meeting.
  • Assist and prepare Writing and Content Strategy for various websites and brands.
  • Send out invoices and follow up on clients while keeping a record on the bank.
  • Follow up on clients with regards to requirements and content to help speed the project turnaround time in the Production stage.
  • Collaborate with the team on how we can improve the processes and operations here in Qadra Studio.
  • Partner with management in writing Contracts with Clients & Employees and the Handbook.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as required, including conceptualizing a virtual team party, sending out cold emails to potential customers, or ordering a Grab food delivery for a certain employee as a “Thank you.”.

  • Composure and poise under the pressure of manic deadlines
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Above average computer proficiency, knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
