Qadra Studio is looking for a Full-time, Remote Junior Graphic Designer. If you want to start a rewarding career in a digital marketing studio, focusing on design and web development, we might be the company you’re looking for.

This job is perfect for individuals who have an eye for design and who have experience dabbling in a variety of design disciplines, from branding, layout designs and packaging, to designing websites, UI designs, and concocting a variety of digital materials.

Salary: Php17,000.00 – Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift | Mondays to Fridays

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll need to create a wide variety of materials, from branding and corporate materials to web design and packaging, for a variety of clients, both local and international.

Job duties include:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital, including but not limited to website designs, logos, branding guidelines and materials, packaging, social media posts, reports, presentations, and digital ads.
• Utilize Adobe’s Creative Suite, namely Illustrator and Photoshop, in creating various materials, as well as adapt to new design and productivity programs such as Figma and Click-up
• Research and stay up to date with the latest design trends, as well as the overall cultural and design landscape
• Learn new design tricks and skills to achieve client requests better and more efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the art director, the team, and clients to determine the scope of the project and clarify and follow up when needed
• Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness when creating and editing materials
• Manage their time properly especially when handling multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest quality
• Keep any account credentials, especially client-related accounts, confidential.

Our Must-haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or the like
• High attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with small interdisciplinary teams
• Highly organized, efficient, and dynamic in practice
• Composure and poise under the pressure of manic deadlines
