Qadra Studio is looking for a Full-time, Remote Junior UX/UI Designer. If you want to start a rewarding career in a digital marketing studio, focusing on design and web development, we might be the company you’re looking for.

This position requires individuals who understand how to use images, color, shapes, typography, media, and layouts to improve usability and the user experience.

Salary: Php17,000.00 – Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift | Mondays to Fridays

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll need to produce high-quality UX/UI designs using wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, mockups, and prototypes for branding, corporate materials, web design, and packaging for a variety of clients, both local and international.

Job duties include:

• Create design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Prepare UI mockups and prototypes that display a website’s functions and appearance for desktop, mobile, tablet, or other applicable devices
• Develop intuitive and engaging interactions and visual designs using user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons, and search fields
• Utilize Adobe’s Creative Suite, namely XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, in creating various materials, as well as adapt to new design and productivity programs such as Figma and Click-up
• Research and stay up to date with the latest UX trends and web and mobile application design patterns, as well as the overall cultural and design landscape
• Learn new UX design tricks and skills to achieve client requests better and more efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the art director, the team, and clients to determine the scope of the project and clarify and follow up when needed
• Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness when creating and editing designs
• Manage their time properly especially when handling multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest quality
• Keep any account credentials, especially client-related accounts, confidential.

Our Must-haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or the like
• Knowledge of UI principles, including the use of typography, color, images, illustrations, and space
• Background in UX skills, including prototyping, wireframing, mockups, cross-browser development, responsive design, and accessibility design
• High attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with small interdisciplinary teams
• Highly organized, efficient, and dynamic in practice
• Composure and poise under the pressure of manic deadlines
•  Sample work or portfolio for review in your application
